Ingredients: Natural American Cheeses (cultured milk, salt, enzymes), natural Monterey Pepper Jack Cheese (cultured milk, salt, enzymes, peppers), jalapeno peppers, nonfat dry milk solids, whey, water, sodium phosphate.
Processed cheeses are a food product made from cheese and unfermented dairy ingredients mixed with emulsifiers. This cheese is only 50-60% natural cheese.
