The newly remodeled Eau Galle Cheese Store showcases our award-winning Italian cheeses, plain and flavored cheddar cheeses, and freshly made cheddar cheese curds.  All are made on-site from high-quality milk that we receive from 34 local farms within a 15-mile radius.  Our store also features a variety of other specialty cheeses, a selection of local meats, regional wines and beers, Chocolate Shoppe Ice Cream, our hand-made Take-n-Bake Pizzas featuring our award-winning cheeses, and many other tasty items.
