1. Eau Galle Cheese has been crafting cheese for over 75 years. This includes our award-winning Parmesan and Asiago Cheese. Each of these hard-Italian varieties are crafted by our cheesemakers in twenty-pound daisy wheels. We are supplied with approximately 675,000 pounds (that’s about 78,488 gallons!) of milk each day from local dairy farms. Our cheesemakers then take that fresh milk and craft over 20 million pounds of cheese annually.

Job Description: We currently have one opening available in our cheese factory. No overnight or swing shifts. 5 days on, 5 days off, 2 days on , 2 days off, resulting in 5 days off every other weekend. 10.5 – hour shift, work only 7 days per 2 week period, starting time possibly before 5am. Starting at $20.00 / hour, previous cheese experience paid accordingly, advancement opportunities are available. Position requires twisting, bending, and repetitively lifting 20lb wheels of cheese.
