Shipping Information

Here are important facts and policies about online orders and shipping. You are always welcome to send an email or call us at (715) 283-4211 if you have questions that aren't answered below.

  • We ship via UPS. UPS does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.
  • The shipping address must be a street address. UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please verify the shipping address. UPS will charge an additional $18.00 if your address is incorrect(this includes missing information). We are not responsible for delivery failures or additional charges due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • We recommend 2 day shipping to assure product quality. Three day delivery is generally OK to cooler states during winter months. View our UPS Ground Delivery Time Map to see the delivery time to your destination via UPS ground.
  • The Delivery Time Map shows transit days which are normal business days, Monday through Friday, and does not include the day the item is shipped.
  • UPS only guarantees delivery times on 3 day select, 2nd day air and next day air services, except for the Christmas Holiday Season. No guarantees apply during the Christmas Holiday Season.
  • UPS does not ship ground or 3 day select to AK or HI. You must choose 2 day or faster shipping method for AK or HI.
  • You can also check UPS ground delivery time to your destination zip code at We ship from zip code 54736. Enter a Monday as the "Shipped On" date in the UPS calculator to get an accurate number of days.
  • Products may be room temperature when they arrive, but their condition will be fine if refrigerated upon arrival.
  • For shipments to warm weather destinations, we recommend you choose shipping in a cooler lined shipping container. The additional cost for the cooler (with reusable ice packs) is $8.00 Small Cooler, $9.00 Medium Cooler, and $12.00 Large Cooler. PLEASE NOTE: This option will help keep the cheese cool on its journey. If the cheese is not cool on its arrival,  it will be fine, but should be refrigerated as soon as possible. If you do not select this option when checking out, we will automatically add a cooler to your order, and you will be charged the cost.

Secure Server: Our website is hosted on a secure servers. You will see a padlock in your web browser's border when you are prompted for payment information during the checkout process, which indicates the page is secure.

Phone Orders: We will be happy to take your order over the phone. Just give us a call at (715) 283-4211 during store hours: Monday - Saturday 9:00 - 5:30 and Sunday 9:30 - 5:00.

Credit Cards: We will not charge your credit card until your order ships. The billing name and address you enter when ordering must be the same as the name and address of record for the credit card.

Delivery Dates: We like to ship on Monday so packages arrive no later than Friday.Orders placed on-line will be processed on our next scheduled shipping date(This is typically a Monday or Tuesday). Please call us if your order needs a specific ship date.

Gift Enclosure Card: We will be happy to include a gift card with your name(s) and a short message. Simply request it in the Gift Options section on the order page.
